I was looking for a gym to help get me motivated and lose my baby weight and get into shape! I currently go 3 mornings a week and after my classes I am so motivated and ready to start my days. Paula is helping me with my (not the best) eating habits as well. The trainers make you feel like family! Great place to get your body into shape!

One of my favorite places on the planet. I've never been much into exercise, but my daughter talked me into going with her and it's been almost 2 year. High energy staff, everyone makes you feel comfortable and it's really like a family. No judgement zone. LOVE!!
Great place to earn confidence along with reaching your personal goals. Coaches are always present to help push you to do your best and push you even further than you thought you could go. Family oriented atmosphere!
