Wally and his son JD are extremely professional and an all around class act. Exceptional service. Thoroughly enjoyed tasting wines in this cozy setting. Very clean— I will be back soon!

This place used to be great, one of my favorite wineries in NC. But unfortunately since the new ownership a few years back, things have been progressively going downhill. It got to the point where I removed myself from their wine club after several years because frankly, it just wasn't worth it any more. And I'm glad I did, because the wines tasted more like grape soda than wine, and the last bottle I opened was somehow carbonated.nI spoke with someone from the winery over the phone regarding it, which they did offer to replace for me (which I appreciated). But frankly, it wasn't worth the time or gas to me to drive all the way there for a replacement bottle when I haven't been satisfied with their wines as of late anyways.nI TRULY hope that they get their stuff back on track and the quality back to what it was, because it was great place with great wine, but it just isn't what it used to be.nTo end on a positive note, Nancy there is one of the best people I've met working behind a counter. When they open the bar room area back up, if she's still there after all this covid stuff, I'd say to go check them out, even if only to get the chance to meet her.

Great place kind helpful and generous beautiful winery place. Owner was nice when we drove from downtown Raleigh and gave a gift. Highly recommend!

Amazing bottle of wine, made from muscadine grapes I believe? I don't know. I'm no sommelier, but I think the bottle I had was from the east of Narnia (swirl and spit), west of Moria (swirl and smell), infused with a hint of unicorn horn and...(subtle smacking of the lips) a zest of dragon scale - simply put - pure magic.

Winery was ok. Wine was mediocre at best, and the wine tasting is $25 per person.
