Al in the meat department was AMAZING!! I came in with a very odd request and he went above and beyond to help me. I live in Creedmoor so I don't often find myself in Cary at Whole Foods but I was WOW-ed by Al! The self-checkout cashier is also worth mentioning although I didn't catch his name. This was literally the best experience I've ever had at a grocery store. 10 out of 10 would recommend!!!
1st time ever in whole foods. Loved all the variety but a lot of the stuff I wanted wasn't stocked or wasn't looking good. Not all just a few. Loved that they have a lot of supplement options too. They didn't have organic dates though.
Amazingly helpful personnel! I was looking for a particular vitamin but discovered multiple aisles - so didn't know where to start. An employee was SO helpful AND answered my questions. Great experience!
A good store for produce, except for berries and tropical fruit, way to expensive! Same for fresh seafood.nHowever, a lot of good products at reasonable prices, such as store brand products, bakery and cheese when on sale.nThe really annoying aspect of shopping there now is all these store employees who prepare on line orders; some times, they are as many as customers if not more, and they really are not customer aware, as they will reach to whatever they need to pick without checking whether the customer was reaching to the same product, all of that without any sign of politeness, courtesy or respect for the customer.nPlease train them to care for customers!
Who doesn't Love Whole Foods, right? I come to this one when I have to pick up the items that I cannot find anywhere else while out doing my regular grocery shopping (certain special vitamins, gluten free items like Quorn and rainbow macaroons! ) I had to take a call and was seriously DELIGHTED to find this cute little area with a water fountain! So zen. Made my trip and this business call a lot better than planned.
