Zero customer service. I've given this location a few chances. No one says anything to you on the floor or at the checkout. Cashiers are generally too busy playing with their cell phones. I will say that the gentleman they have at the front door to clean carts is super nice!!!nThe only good point about this place.
Lidl is a simple european style grocery store. We get out grocery essentials here. It's cheap because it has less options than a regular grocery store, so if you have special dietary needs this place may not check all the boxes. But they are starting to include lactose free milk, and veggie burgers for example. Usually quite clean, and workers are helpful.
My first time visiting this grocery store chain. Friendly staff, great layout--nice wide aisles--and not a single motion-detecting ad box to be found. The quality and price of the goods I purchased fare quite welll when compared to the stores I usually visit. Very enjoyable experience overall; certainly will become one of my regular shops!
Lidl is awesome the prices can't be beat by any of the big box and other local chains for instance large scallops that are usually 14.99 are on sale for 9.99
I used to live in Europe so having Lidl in North Carolina was a dream for me :), I like their fresh bakeries specially the croissant. Beside that the prices is cheaper than other stores like the fruits and vegetables, in addition the European chocolates and candies. I recommend to track their offers as they have amazing deals
