We contacted Carolina Family Estate Planning after moving to North Carolina from New Jersey - we wanted to make sure all our important documents, including wills, healthcare directives and trust documents were all up to date and compliant with our new state laws. They responded to us immediately, and through several meetings with both the director of client relations, the lawyer that they teamed us up with, and their staff, we had our (pretty complex!) documents updated and ready for signature within a matter of days. They answered every question clearly and kindly - this kind of thing can be stressful but they went above and beyond to make us feel secure and at ease. Their office is absolutely the most organized lawyer's offices we have ever been to, right down to the document delivery which came in a tabbed binder and with copies on a flash drive. I can't say enough good things about our experience, and we feel like our family is in expert and caring hands.

My wife and I recently used CFEP to update our Estate Planning and Documentation. We can say nothing but positive things about our entire experience with everyone we dealt with. Their level of expertise and professionalism is exceptional. The guidance we received from our Attorney, Robert Seidel, was extremely helpful in developing our planning. We highly recommend them to anyone needing/wanting comprehensive estate planning.

We had a plan that was about 15 years old and from another state, so decided to update; we chose Carolina Family Estate Planning based on word of mouth. We found every interaction with them to be professional, compassionate, and very thorough. They focused on crafting a collaborative plan that meets all our needs! We highly recommend them to everyone, whether you already have a plan that needs to be brought up to date, or you have no plan at all. Also, moving forward we feel like we have a solid support system with them regarding any changes in law, or if our own circumstances change. We are truly grateful to have found them! Special kudos to Kellie - she is amazing!
