I joined a few weeks ago after a gym hiatus (due to back issues). Everyone has been super nice and friendly. And the classes are full of energy. I like the music they play is stuff I like and know. Which is a good thing. They work hard to keep everything clean with covid protocols. I love it

This review is for the trainer Sydney at Title Boxing in Cary. I have had her as a 6am trainer since Sept 2020, she has been very good. She provides feedback during and after the class, she gives tips on technique and exercises to help with strength and stability. Every trainer at TBC has been solid, but I have the most experience with Sydney. She goes above and beyond for each participant and has been great to train with. Thanks TBC!

This is a GREAT gym. I worked with Max, the owner, Nate and Amanda. I had signed up during lock down and the gym applied my credit to the membership. Max coordinated with the site, Amanda helped me with everything and Nate supported me with training and tips as this was my first time boxing. Communication is solid as well, via text, phone and Facebook messenger. I signed up for a full package after the first class, this is a good deal and the level of professionalism is amazing. I highly recommend. This is the Cary, NC location in Renaissance Park Place.

The BEST of the best! Being in the fitness industry myself, I can truly say this studio has the most top-notch, friendly, and skilled trainers. They all consistently provide tons of motivation and killer workouts! I was just starting to get bored with my current fitness routine and boxing was the perfect way to mix it up. I honestly would not have found it so enjoyable if it wasn't for the instructors at Title Boxing Cary!
