I was able to purchase a gift card during Christmas 2019 however weeks later when I was trying to book a class I found out that we’re closed. Upon purchase of the gift card there was no warning that they were closing. Now I can’t reach anyone to get refunded.
I went to a ladies night aerial yoga class here with Rachel and it was great! We were all first timers for aerial and she did a great job of teaching us but also keep it moving so it was a nice stretch and workout. Rachel is very talented! It’s also actually a really nice studio space - spacious, locker rooms, high ceilings obvs, despite the kind of run down shopping center it’s in. It’s a bit of an overly commercialized website too which I’m not used to but both Rachel and the owner were awesome so don’t be dissuaded. Definitely recommend!
Cary Hot Yoga is a beautiful studio with excellent, non-intimidating and supportive instructors. I have been taking yoga classes here since the studio opened three years ago and really love it here!
Cary Hot Yoga is the best place to practice Bikram in the triangle. The studio is clean (yay no “hot yoga smell” here!), and it’s a beautiful space. Your monthly pass gets you access to all the classes. They offer daily Bikram but have other classes including Aerial, Hot Pilates, Vinyasa, Restorative and Yin which is really a nice change from the old school Bikram studios that only offer Bikram. The owner Hoa, is passionate about yoga and sharing the knowledge she has gained from her years of practice and teaching. If you have been thinking of trying hot yoga for the first time, come here for a welcoming and supportive class.
Love this studio. The studio is gorgeous with high ceiling. Lovely entrance area. Hall way filled with art work. Their hot room is huge with pedant lights. They provide a varieties of yoga class types even including QiGong and Aerial yoga. The staffs are friendly and extremely helpful. Their pricing is reasonable compared to other yoga place in the area. I strongly recommended. Drop in fee is similar to other Hot Studio in the area. New students can try out various classes for $20 for 7 consecutive days - This also includes one aerial yoga class. Come check this studio. Strongly recommended!
