Was in the area for work and dropped in here for a workout. Don't miss out, this place is awesome! If you can't get stronger here, your doing something wrong. Great atmosphere, tons of powerlifting and Olympic lifting equipment. If your looking for a fluff and puff gym, this ain't it, this is the place to go get stronger and better with like minded people. Sure hope to be back.
This is far and away one of the best gyms I have dropped into. Has everything you could ask for as a strength athlete. Will come again if I am ever in town again and need to get a session in.
Outstanding gym with everything you could need as a strength trainee. Emailed owner while in town and got a response almost instantly. Half of the space dedicated to oly lifters and half to the strength athlete. Excellent set up and very clean. Top notch.
Traveled to NC for a work trip and I trained here for almost 2 weeks as a drop innnWhat a beautiful gym.nnIf you are a power lifter/Olympic weightlifter/strength enthusiast this is the place for you.
I enjoy this gym, we tried it out and really liked the equipment. The layout was good for how little it is, and it’s a bit pricey but other than that, I do recommend this for powerlifters!
