A very knowledgeable instructor and a very welcoming atmosphere. The facility is incredibly clean which makes you feel comfortable to train in.
I've been training on and off for the past 10 years. I've been lucky enough to be a member of multiple gyms all over the country. The atomsphere at Cary BJJ is exactly what you want in a Jiu-Jitsu school. There are all levels of experience and different types of training partners to help you achieve your goals. Super friendly people and good instruction.
