I've always thought this was one of the best McDonalds. Food is always warm and have never had a bad experience.

Against my better judgement (a fast food restaurant connected to a gas station) I went here to grab a quick bite before going to an appointment by using the drive thru. The guy taking orders muttered and made me repeat my order 3 times. Then the girl at the window had over filled my soda and refused to give me extra Napkins, no receipt. I took 3 bites of my food and decided not to risk another bite. My soda was a diet not a regular coke. Never going there again.

I went to get a hot chocolate. The guy who made the hot chocolate didn’t have on gloves but the person taking our cards for payment was wearing gloves. When we asked about it, the person taking payment claimed that they had run out of gloves. However when he remade the hot chocolate, the person found a pair of gloves to wear. When he gave me the remade cup of hot chocolate, it was completely covered in chocolate sauce. I have no idea how this is still open in the Preston neighborhood with such terrible service and attention to detail (especially for such a simple beverage).

Waited so long just to have someone take my order. Once the order was placed the food became available in a reasonable amount of time.

Went there fir a curb side pickup. Order came very quick, and food is very good as usual. Representative was very friendly. The person came out with a face mask and hand gloves, I felt very safe in present situation. Really Appreciate the staff. Overall a very satisfied visit.
