To start, every time I come in here, half the customers are just walking around without masks, the employees don’t care. Tonight, I came in at 11PM and the whole place was a mess. The drink area was sticky all over the counter and floor, and had maybe 5 lids for the entire stock of cups. Went to pay and there’s a line of 4 customers with no one at the register. I got my food and it was very undercooked, and they put in in a regular plastic bags because I assume they ran out of the paper ones. Also, only about half my bag of fries was filled... Each of these problems aren’t big deals on their own, but this was all in the span of like 10 mins in and out. Whoever’s running the place isn’t doing a halfway decent job.

My husband and I have been coming there ever since you first opened. From day one the customer service has been excellent, They use our first names to acknowledge us they’re always saying good morning good afternoon good evening Darius today help me with bag of ice to put in my car. I have a neurological disease and they have been wonderful thank you again Darius for your help today even small tasks are knowledge. And to everyone else thank you thank you very much for everything you’ve done for us throughout the year. Jeff and Brad.

This place gets worse everytime i go there, always dirty out and some people that work there have a cold attitude. This sheetz used to be a better place. Restrooms sometimes are disgusting. They need to get it together.

Supervisor gave me the wrong breakfast items and refused to fix it so I just left but I will definitely never be coming back to this Sheetz

Good gas station that is clean and has decent customer service. No free air pump outside which was a bummer.
