Without a doubt the worst McDonald's in Cary. Went to order dinner about 8:30, sat at the speaker for about 5 minutes. Tried repeatedly to get attention of person on the speaker, but they were too involved in their personal conversation to entertain the customer waiting to oeder at the speaker. Pulled up to the window to see if I could actually order, and a extremely rude man acted like I was inconveniencing him by trying to order a meal from a restaurant so I told them never mind and just left. I usually don't even entertain this location as an option, but it was convenient to my location at the time. Next time if I'm desperate enough to eat McDonald's I'll just go out of my way to the Cary Towne Center location. I mean I know this is Mcdonald's were talking about, but even for them this was outrageous
3v tmes in a row they can't seem to remember to put apple slices in my children's happy meals. They only have to put 4 items in the boxes yet they can mess that up so frequently.
Unlike most McDonald's, this one does pretty good. They got my order correct, were prompt in their service, and food was hot. Which in fast food, is close to miraculous. LolnBut seriously, we all know not to expect good service at most fast food joints. This one, you can, and they deliver a good experience every time.

For the most part people here are pretty nice lately.nThe manager Todd is very pleasant and helpful.
