Communication is important. I used to run a Starbucks 15 years ago in CA. That is why I am reviewing. I ordered egg white bites at this location. I am visiting the area. I got back to my hotel and I had a container of what I perceived to be oatmeal. I am allergic to oats so I don’t open the lid. I return to say I got the wrong item. I was handed another oatmeal container + gift cards (which I appreciated) I was asked if I opened the container. No, because I’m allergic to oats .... if you are going to serve something other than oatmeal in a oatmeal container maybe tell the customer. I only did 4 stars because they apologized and gave me gift cards. The hassle warranted it.
I've frequented this location over many years but this morning I was beyond touched by the kindness of the lady in the drive-through. I won't go into tons of details but I pulled up with tears streaming down my cheeks. I hope you see this and know how much you made my day. This is the best Starbucks in Cary! Everyone who works here is so nice and my order is always right. I go here almost every day for over a year now and never had a bad experience
