I have been a black card member for several years, and all facilities are clean and efficient . However, customer service is what sets each location apart. Most staff at the Henderson gym are great, but today I was told by a young woman that she could not wait one minute before starting my tanning timer because she would “forget”. There were no customers in line and only a few in the building working out. I assured her she could remember, as it was only 60;seconds. She said, “No, I will forget. Everybody forgets.” I told her I was surprised at the lack of customer service. Come on Planet Fitness, you can do better. I assure you I won’t forget.
I have been using this facility when I come home to visit my family and love this location. The employees are very friendly and environment seem to be clean. I would recommend this area PF.
It was excellent! I was able to get right into my work out..in and out. But I must say if you are paranoid or afraid of being around alot of people, I suggest you check the crowd thermometer before entering because it was a quite few people in there. But overall I enjoy it. Very convenient for myself....
went in for a job interview. never been there before, but it looked very clean and well maintained. staff were friendly and welcoming. since the covid situation is still a thing it didn't seem packed, but it was also 10am. not exactly sure when business picks up. again, i'd never been there before but it looked like a clean and friendly place. i would recommend to friends looking for somewhere to work out.
