This location in Henderson is way better than many of the “high traffic” locations in Raleigh and Wake Forest in my opinion. I have been 30+ times and they always get my order correct and it’s delicious.
Great staff! Considering we’re in a pandemic, this store provides the best service they can with what they have. Employees give sincere apologies for when they don’t have everything in stock. Remember Starbucks is a cafe NOT a fast food restaurant!!! Be kind people!
Tried using the mobile app again. All sold out of 6 different drinks. Yet again. How surprising.
Even though this Starbucks is newish, the service is absolutely impeccable every single time that I go to the Starbucks Via through the drive-thru or walking in to order a drink or placing mobile order the Baristas are always very cordial and very polite and willing to help with almost any issue I've had even down to replacing a drink that was ordered incorrectly. 10 out of 10 will return
I went to Starbucks this evening and the lady taking the drive through orders name was Brianna and she was absolutely awesome! Definitely coming back to see her sweet smiling face!
