I stopped by this Henderson NC Sheetz on Ruin Creek Road with a client who identifies as a woman. The employee, I think their name was Adam, called my client “Sir” even after she said she’s a woman. Calling a woman “sir” is a pretty humiliating pratfall, he should have apologized immediately or used “Ma’am”
Slowest drive thru in the whole world!! Been sitting here for 45 + mins. Only 2 cars ahead of us!!
Stopped at this sheetz to get breakfast and gas and even though they weren't busy at all, my order took a while and they messed up 2 out of 4 items. I ordered 2 lattes, one medium and one small but both came in small. I also ordered 2 breakfast sandwiches and one hadn't been heated, the eggs were completely cold.
They take your change after you pay and keep it like it’s a tip and just stare at you like the change is there tip worst location I have ever been to worst sheetz I’ve ever been to seriously don’t come here, if you want a tip don’t make me wait 1 hr and 25 min for a sandwich there is your tip
Great place to watch an entire Always Sunny episode while waiting in the drive thru, then half of another while waiting at the window after paying. Food's alright, though.
