Lazy J Campground

Amazing campground. I made an impromptu trip into Ashville with my partner and we were able to walk in and get a tent site with electric! Very family friendly, all my neighbors were more than amicable and you can literally fall asleep to the natural sound of running water.

Camped with our family and two others. Great place for kids. Bathrooms were clean but we opted not to use the shower. Campsites were shaded... Ours were beside a beautiful river. Quiet hours were enforced. Well priced and the firewood for sale on site made this a great experience.

We took our son, 19 months, camping for the first time and chose Lazy J Campground for the proximity to the surrounding waterfalls and the fact that the campsite was on the river. We had an amazing time and the hosts were great. We will definitely be going back as we had such a great time.

We found this place driving around near Brevard looking for a camping spot. It is riverside, very pretty and well maintained, and staff were super friendly! Would definitely go back.
