We had Billy and his team come out on short notice and did a great job! They worked around a busy rental schedule and finished the job early :-) Thank you Billy for your services, we would definitely use you again if needed.
J & M’s painters showed up on time and did a fantastic job on my porch railings. They were finished in a prompt fashion and did a great job cleaning up after finishing. I would use J & M again in the future should the need arise.
Excellent customer service, dependability, honesty and great work. Very happy. Billy even helped with my stress of the color choice and he was correct. Love it.
Word cannot express how happy we are with the work. Billy and Chris and the rest of the crew were amazing. We will be having them do more work in the future. These pictures just don't do the work they performed justice. The top is the after. Thanks guys!
This was a horrible experience. They were very unprofessional and did not do any of the things needed to be ready to do the job on time. They had more than two weeks to prepare, but, waited to the last minute to order supplies such as grinders and epoxy. This caused major delays. Then, they decided to try to switch us to a different kind of epoxy and not what we had agreed to do. They only did this because they were unprepared and that is all they could do. Worse, they tried to make me find the materials they had to bothered to order. They did not even call any other Sherwin Williams stores to see if they had the materials. AND FINALLY, they knew we had a deadline (other contractors could not come until AFTER the floor was done), and he just walked away from his commitment and left us in a lurch. Avoid J&M at all costs.
