I can't say enough positive things about this firm, and how they have changed my life. Katie Setzer is professional, articulate, very knowledgeable and attentive to my case and will be a strong advocate for you. She was able to settle my personal injury case, and later I was able to return to the firm to see Branson Pethel to close on my first home. Branson was also very knowledgeable and made the closing process a breeze. A complete lack of tact, poise, grace, discretion or professionalism. Mr. Pethel and Kristen Mulkey think its okay to use expletives and condescension in their everyday business practices or during a real estate closing. I would expect more manners out of a fly by night roofing or painting company. My advice would be to spend your hard earned money with a group of attorneys with a bit of table manners instead of these low lifes.nAlso, when emailing me papers to sign, they emailed me a form with some other real estate closings information all over it. In other words Kristen Mulkey had forgot to simply copy and paste my information into the areas on the form and delete the other clients info. When I brought it to her attention, she gave me a bad attitude, without admitting that it was her fault.nnThese are ugly people. Stay away.
