I really like the variety this gym offers. There's a lot of machines, plenty of free weights and numerous cardio machines. However, even with all that's available sometimes it still is tricky to be able to do your workouts just because of the number of people who go here. Overall, I've enjoyed my experience at this gym. Plus this gym is really well priced!
Dang what a place. Just enough MEATHEAD but not too much. They have EVERYTHING and were very pleasant to deal with. Too Notch.

Best gym in town. Great deal on memberships and the Forum has top quality strength training and cardio equipment. Awesome outdoor obstacle course and workout area in the back!
Thank God they are open..my body needed them...good fee, great staff and equipment to meet my huge, studly bod!
