I'm fairly new to yoga. SoFul Yoga does a fantastic job at creating a warm welcoming and accepting atmosphere! The studio design and people definitely give this place a positive vibe. I encourage anyone to check out SoFul and take a course with one of the various amazing instructors.
I had such an amazing experience at SoFul Yoga!!nAfter much hesitation to join a yoga class, I decided to go check this new place out! I'm so glad I did!nNot only does the place have a warm, welcoming energy that you feel the moment your walk in, but the instructor made me feel so comfortable. She took the time to help me refine my poses, paid special attention to restorative poses for the class, and made a personal connection with every attendee.nI wish I could give it 10 stars!!nSalisbury desperately needed a place like this. Thank you!
