They do a fine job of providing food in a quick and friendly manner. The food is good quality for the price. Overall the ease of access to their delicious products speaks to a well managed store. The lining of my arterial walls have a less flattering opinion but they're far too weak to type. My arteries get one star.

Fast service

The food was good, the service was fast and the ppl were polite. The only problem I had with them was that I've always gotten a chocolate and vanilla swirl shake from every McDonald's I've ever gone too. As a matter of fact I just got one from the one on cotton grove rd in Lexington yesterday, but when I went to this one in Salisbury today they told me that they couldn't do that. Really? Come on. I'd rather you say that you just are too busy and or dont want to do it than lie to me. But other than that the place was good.

I have to say this is the last time I order something from their. when i tell you I just asked for a simple meal like it was a 10piece chicken nugget with a large fries and a large sweet tea and I recieved no fries. the sweet tea was filled with ice and I asked for light ice. And this may seem dramatic but I asked for 10 chicken nuggets and only got 9. they also ran out of straws so we had to go to a whole other place just to get a straw. I asked for bbq and their was none. WORST W10.00 DOLLARS EVER

This McDonald's used to be a gem, before covid. Seniors gathering for coffee and breakfast early in the morning. Dining room clean and tidy. Restrooms clean. New kiosks installed were working fine. Good food. Great quick stop any time of day. Today is sad to see. Dining room open, but hardly anyone there. Many chairs on top of tables. Napkins not accessible. Kiosks shut down. Restrooms not too clean. Drive through for everything and lines long. Would you wait behind 10 cars for a cup of coffee?
