I don't work there anymore but I know that the owner expects perfection. He expects customers to be treated well, the food to be made correctly and orders to be taken right. If the employee is trained right, they will succeed. The HBH brand is top quality for all products.
I won't lie, it's kinda expensive for what you're getting, but it's so delicious and the employees are pretty nice.
Last two times and last time We went to Store Manager was rude and waiting tables when Inexperienced help trying to get orders out ,No order at all! Phone was off hook ,Saw them put it back on ! Would not let us see Ham (due to COVID) got order mixed up! Would not take coupons said on line only !! We have used coupons for years Need to be reported on Corporate Level! Product is great but Customer Service at an all time low!!
if i could give zero stars i would. i had a $300 catering order from honey baked ham, placed days in advanced, and when i went to pick up the order they did not even know about the order. it took over an hour to make 24 sandwiches. i tried to speak with the manager about it and he was EXTREMELY rude and very offensive and he even threatened me. i do NOT recommend. sandwiches were also not very good. do not eat here.
The owner/manager is the rudest individual I've ever encountered in my life. He yelled at me for his mistake. He likes to speak down to his employees and treats them all unfair. If you're not a people person you shouldn't be in customer service.
