Walked into the office and was greeted with looks as if I had leprosy I guess because I didn’t have on a sweater vest tie and a pocket watch. I started by saying I had a few questions about estate planning and I was told to try someone else.nI guess the office has plenty of money and mine isn’t good enough.

I bought a piece of land in pender county July 2019 and they didn't do a title search only a deed is this correct i though a title search was to be done before you could sell the land?
