I like this place. Has a good selection of equipments, a separate room for stretching or doing calisthenics, and the staff always have the area clean while getting you with a smile. Wish they had and outside HITT area that is next to ot though.
Good gym. Packed all the time with dudes looking at themselves in the mirror non stop. It is a marine base tho, what do you expect?
I only wish they would move the sit up bars from the sports medicine room to the ab room. And get a donkey kick machine since there getting rid of the rock climbing area.
They can use better equipment. The facility is rather small.
A little too small for the area but it's ok.
