Made me feel unwelcome and didnt do my hair the right way i had dreads and they didnt take the time to do the dreads the right way by the time i got home some of my dreads were already coming out i will never fo back there again
Their work is good.The waiting n everyone appts at the same time.You sometimes have to wait all day to get in a chair.There constantly talking on phone and to each yelling in your ear.They overcharge if you dont know their prices
Beautiful work! However very slow the lady took all day long 830am to 330pm. And she tried to override the owners price and charge $60 more for an 11yr olds hair. We won't be back. I don't do greedy!!
Horrible customer service. Told me one price then changed it after the fact. Then overcharged me for just retouching the top and left all the ends undone. They unraveled in 2 days then they didn't want to fix them. Horrible. and talked on the phone the whole time. They corresponded with each other in some language also the entire time just horrible business.
This is my 4th time going to them. I didn’t have any problems until yesterday. It’s always somebody different in there. I had appointment set for 10am. I went up there and she was like can you come in 3 hours. I drove over hour getting there. I came back up there and my hair didn’t get started on until after 3. There problem is they love being on the phone too much and steady of getting the job done doing my hair. They braid and stop braiding, this been going on the whole time I was there. My braids look good, but they need to get these appointments together telling you one thing and say something else when you come up there. I didn’t get out of there until after midnight and I was mad as hell. They shouldn’t even charge me $200 for all the lost time of being there all day. Like I didn’t have anything to do on that day. I’m not going there no more.
