First they put the take out bag in a puddle of grease. I ask for a new bag, they split the order, giving me back the same bag that had been in the grease. Finally get the food put into bags that are clean. Get to the vehicle and the fries are cold. COLD! Check the filet sandwiches and find the fish is half in and half out of the bread. The tartar has been sprayed on the box and bread, missing most of the filet. Extremely disappointed.

The line moved very quick. The Associates were very pleasant and helpful. My order was hot and the taste was delicious.

Frankly, I would’ve written this review in private using the survey on the receipt, but an employee took my receipt and I will not be able to express my thoughts on this restaurant experience privately. I understand if customers at the drive-through are sent to the waiting stalls if their order isn’t ready, what I don’t understand is how the fast food restaurants can take 20 minutes to complete my order. Not only where my drinks not taken to my car, but I have ended my receipt to the employee who came to my car and he did not come back with my drinks at all to the point where I had to go inside and employee just shrugged at me. The back of the house was completely on organized to the point where the manager kept sending everyone to the waiting stalls to shorten the waiting time. I understand that this is only a fast food restaurant and I’m not expecting to receive a five-star restaurant service. but every customer at least deserve some compassion when being served on especially if they’re paying for their service as well as the food.

Woman at the drive thru who took the order was very professional and happy. Loved her!
