I got a caramel crunch from there. Young lady had different color hair white female. Make sure you taste your drinks before leaving but other than that. They are great.

This location is hit or miss lately. The last two times have been interesting to say the least. The first time I pulled up and no one came on the speaker. Pulled around and the girl says they’re opening late. No signs or anything posted. Second time I order a cold brew at 0615, they open at 0600, and they say they’re out. Not to mention the wait times seem to be getting longer in the morning. The staff are friendly though.

Service/customer service unacceptable!!!! Waited in line 30 mins. Never waited this long at any Starbucks yet. Once finally at the window, there was no apology at all. Saw one of the workers thru window (not the guy at window who took payment) just standing there and another worker on his cell phone. Unprofessional! They need more prompt and professional workers at this location. No wonder they have 3.9 stars whereas the others i frequent have a 4.5 or better!

The WORST Starbucks I have ever been to. The service was unacceptable, we were treated without respect. We weren’t greeted, not even a “hello” or “welcome to Starbucks”. We had to call them over to take our order, which took them 5 MINUTES! The service wasn’t the only disappointing thing. We ordered 2 Frappuccinos and a cup of coffee, that took over 12 minutes until we had REMIND them about our order. The worst thing was that another customer came and THEIR ATTITUDE SUDDENLY CHANGED! They greeted her and gave her their BEST service. They gave her what she ordered, even though her order was more than what we ordered, which shouldn’t have took over 20 minutes! Once she had received her order, we spoke with one of the employees about how they gave her order first even though we had to wait longer. We spoke with the employee that doesn’t make the drinks and only had to do the Cash register. They made our coffee, which was cold, and we had to wait another 5 minutes for the other 2 drinks, both drinks were very watery. This isn’t our first time that it has happened to us. I do NOT recommend coming to this Starbucks.

The store ONLY offers drive thru. The line in long and slow. If you go be ready for a long wait!!!! Also, employees allowed some customers to enter, but not others. I am positive of this. I called and employee stated, only drive thru open. While waiting in the extremely slow drive thru customers came out with coffee and treats!!! WOW!!!!
