The owner is friendly...you get so much bang for your buck!
Great workout facility, free weights, cardio room, universal equipment, zumba room, showers and bathroom facilities, opened 34 hours a day, 365 days a year!
Best place around that I know of for strength and body building
Best gym I have visited since I left the military. Plenty of free weights and never so busy that you have to wait forever for any equipment. Very clean and reasonable rates if you pay for a full year up front.
