I had service several weeks ago and meant to write this review as soon as I got home. But, better late than never. I brought my car in for new tires and while I was there, Marisa Danylieko, Service advisor was able to also get my oil changed at the same time. I was impressed with all the members of the service team, very cordial and very professional. But, my main dealings were with Marisa and she was absolutely amazing. She would constantly keep me updated on the progress of the service. Vast improvement in service department. Service reps listen to issues at hand and act promptly. Sit down and relax in the lounge and the work is performed without any further ado.nWhen work on vehicle is performed a service rep will come out and explain the services that were executed and any possible matters that might be a little suspect down the line.nBeen purchasing Ford's for 50 years (yup, half a century) and I know a snowjob when I'm getting one, but absolutely none with this service department.nEven my sales rep Martin comes out and greets me like an old friend I like that !!
The Johnson Ford team made my F150 purchase simple and hassle-free - and they had the best price. Pleasant and responsive sales team. Had the truck delivered to my house which made it easy. Nice truck.
