McDo naldi's is so so! I mostly go to get a hamburger for my dog. McDonald's needs so.e new life, both in quality of foods, variety. We need more 'green and less grease!!° New recipes please.!!! My dog even gets bored. Thanks for listening.

Super slow & then told me I couldn't have what I ordered. This location is going downhill fast.
Best McDonald's in Western, MA! If your in the road and need a quick bite don't hesitate to stop here. Drive-thru is quick for the volume and the food is as expected. The employees have always been very courtious.
Okay ths place is terrible. First off, Everytime I go here they have no ice cream or no slushies. The service is slow. The only good thing I can say is service is quite friendly.
