Very family friendly place to stay. They have 2 well kept dog parks and a beautiful lake to fish and feed the ducks. Owners are quick to respond with all questions or concerns. It is close to the outlets and plenty of food options. Plenty of room at our site for grilling and our dogs to relax. I would definitely recommend this place for the short or long term stay.

Staff literally screamed at me and guest I hadn't seen in a few years! We both arrived at same time, and were excited to see each other didn't notice rules of guest.First told, move your car, then rudely informed speed limit when we moved maybe 100 yardsnWas so embarrassing.This lady needs medication for her anger issue!nExtremely noisy, unable to sleep, between trains and 95 traffic.nWhen booking was told it was only spot left, not true , at least 10 or more!nPlenty of parks nearby that am sure can act in a more professional manner.First and last visit here!nYour response below is untrue! I rode with Mr. Underwood, got out of truck and greeted my friends.He followed golf cart and parked.When asked to move cars..we walked together, I walked next to cars...sure can't walk faster than 8 mph.During my short walk only seen one sign by the visiting parking spots we were told to move cars to!nThere is no excuse to justify being screamed at..I was a paying guest.It was second staff member in golf cart that was off the wall, an older woman! First one I had no problem with, she was polite!nPerhaps a cheap site, but still noisy and still tons opened, so again was lied to! Matter of fact so many spots opened, couldn't determine if it was a site or a parking lot!nApparently confrontation is your motto! Please read all reviews as harassing guest seems to be very common, wish I had.Trip advisor also folks...This isn't only complaint.

We have stayed here 6 times and have had a relaxing stay. Family run very well kept. Level pull through sites. Would recommend to anyone traveling 95 N or 95 S easy access either way.

Very nice place! Staff was great and the check in was simple! Will be staying here again!nIt is near the interstate and you can hear trains in the distance but it is not bad at all, was able to sleep with no problem.nPlenty of room to go on walks and the roads and slots are plenty wide.

Pros: very nice, clean park with generous tree cover, level sites, friendly staff, beautiful pond with fountain, high end glass top outdoor table and chairs.nCons: spitting distance from I95 with a busy rail system just beyond hwy. A bit quieter near the back of the park where permanent sites are located.
