I had Rob Lewis in a refusal hearing with the NCDMV. He did a awful job in disputing facts of the case, he didnt even let my witness testify. I ended up losing after he dropped my caae and had to go prose. All bc he failed to dispute that I was never chaeged for anything before being read my implied consent. Great criminal lawyer tho.
