Beyond a great first impression, no question, concern, call or email ever went unanswered by Melrose Law. For five years, we were kept informed of every development, every part of the process, all the way to the Supreme Court of N.C. The entire team took ownership of my mother's case & knew every detail. Mark Melrose's knowledge & experience was evident from the start, but aside from that, he's just a great guy surrounded by a great team, fighting the good fight! Brandy was so helpful. Any time I had any questions I could call or email her. There were times were we would be on the phone for over an hour so she could explain to me what was happening. Even during the difficult times of COVID she always kept in touch and made sure i was kept up to date. Brandy made my experience with this company the best I could have imagined.
