I had a great experience the first time using this firm, but I have called multiple times trying to get a something pretty simple done and it's now been nearly a month since and still no news. Maybe backed up due to pandemic, hope to hear something soon.

Closed my third real estate project with them. Competent at handling 1031 tax exchange property. Very easy to deal with. I plan to continue to use him and his staff for additional projects.

Not sure if it's his new paralegal, or maybe his last paralegal was overqualified and did his work for him, but this firm is miserable. My husband and I have owned six homes (two cash deals and we're newly 30 years old) so we have plenty of experience dealing with lawyers and closings. We used them to close on a cash deal for land and so far they've made two mistakes that they are passing along to us. I hate to imagine how many mistakes they would make with something more detailed - after all, doesn't get much more simple than a cash deal for land...
