Hello, I called the H&R Block South Street, Pittsfield office and spoke to Richard. He was highly informed and professional. I scheduled an appointment with Chris, who assisted the person who needed tax preparation assistance. Chris explained her situation in terms that we could understand and communicated with patience and professionalism. I highly recommend this office, and Chris, who had my friends situation rectified within an hour without charging an insane amount. Chris also increased her refund which was a surprise and quite welcomed. I will always choose this office with Chris and Richard, It's refreshing to meet honest people you can trust! You wont be disappointed.

I will return if I am sure that I have the same Tax person Teresa Caccaviello she is the best ,very professional, experienced and caring she knows her bussiness of taxes I are very satisfied

Judith has been my tax representative for the last 3 years. She is super knowledgeable and is out for the best intrests for her clients. I rated 5 because she is attentive and knows what she's doing. I look forward to seeing her next tax season.

I've been to H&R Block the last few years to see Cynthia. She's been great every year. Very friendly and helpful. I feel like I gained a long distance friend that I visit once a year. (Haha)
