Stopped in with my brother and sis in law before heading back home to Ga. customer service was incredible!! Coffee was great!! I got the macchiato! It was really good! Good choice for someone who likes caramel coffee! I wish I caught the mans name who took our order, possibly the owner I’m not sure. Super nice guy! My brother is very extroverted and started talking to the two customers inside the coffee shop, they were also so nice!! If I’m passing through again, I’ll definitely stop by again!!!

I just had the best experience! By far the best customer service AND bubble tea all in one place. There’s so many flavors to choose from and the whole place looks so great!! Definitely coming back :)

Decided to try Bubble Tea for the first time and stopped here to do so. Was a great choice! The owners are super friendly and kind, very informative about the different drinks they have available and they make their own cold brew coffee. The bubble tea with the Chocolate Chip cookie syrup was an amazing choice for flavor. My husband tried the frappe made with their cold brew and it was deliciousness... The homemade rice krispy treat with cinnamon was amazing as well. Would give 10 stars if I could. Everything about this little shop is great. If you like coffee shops, a variety of drinks and bakery items, and great customer service I highly suggest Carolina Coffee House! Support your local coffee shop.

Very good coffee and milk tea. I get very uncomfortable when doing work here though. The silence is too silence. Maybe some music?

The coffee tasted so good and the barista was so nice in the beginning. Then, she offended me extremely when I went to pay for mine and my friends drinks. My friend playfully argued with me about paying for hers and I handed my card to her to pay for all of them. The barista then said “I’m more afraid of her than y’all” meaning me. When I asked why, she said “because I’m a noodle, and you’re not”. So I’m not a fan of being called fat in a coffee shop. Won’t be back.
