It is a very clean store great customer service they seem like they are a little overwhelmed at the moment so maybe they need a few more customer service employees but other than that it was amazing
Always a very friendly and helpful place.....also helps me understand the coupons and deals and how to get the best deal for me.
My daughter and I live right around the corner so we go here often! The employees are all VERY nice and very helpful if you need to find something! Yes the pharmacy is busy but they are taking care of all of Oak Ridge! I have never had a problem at this store! Thanks for making me and my daughter feel so welcome!
I use to enjoy visiting this location but the last 3 times has been HORRIBLE! I went in this morning to get the sale advertising price of 3/$10 on Pepsi 12 packs but then had an email for $1 off so you got it 3/$9, first the manager and cashier tried saying Dr pepper wasn't Pepsi but ironically when I had them void my transaction and just ring up the soda it show the sale price of 3/$10 so how is Dr P not, then it was like pulling teeth to get them to use the $1off even though I showed the email! I will never step foot in this location again! Worst customer service ever!
