We were hit on I-85 that totaled our pickup and trailer. Morgan Towing was called to remove the vehicles. Morgan Towing were awesome to work with over the next several weeks in recovering out personal items and working with insurance companies. We worked with several employees as well as the owners. They went the extra mile to accommodate our needs. This included working late in the evening and night as we removed our property from the trailer, well passed their closing time. They were always friendly and caring in our interactions. I cannot recommend them high enough for the service and understanding provided.

My car broke down on Christmas Eve... Could it be any other way in 2020....lol? I called these guys and they were there within one hour... The person on the phone was pleasant and helpful but the guy who came to get the car was an MVP for this company. He got right to the task despite the on again, off again rain and made small talk while getting it done. Pleasant disposition and a smile were 2 gifts of this guy that it was clear came to him naturally..nnLike I said, he is an asset to Morgan's towing and is the reason I would recommend them to anyone, including my wife and best friend...nnAnd the tow charge was awesome by the way.... Very reasonable....

I needed a tow for my truck from my home to the dealership for repairs. My roadside assistance through insurance assigned this company to me. I forgot to get the name of the driver (but the paperwork says Raymond so I hope that's who it was) showed up on time (early in fact), he was very friendly and professional! Took great care in loading my truck and got it right to the dealership. He was so kind and nice to chat with. Even offered me a ride but thankfully I had one so was ok. I would highly recommend this business and would most definitely use them again in the future. I wanted to give him a tip for such awesome service but once I was finished talking with the service desk and went outside, he was already gone :(
