Cynthia is very professional and thus far has always exceeded my expectations. And she’s fast and her speed doesn’t interfere with the quality of her work. She’s different than other braiding shops in a good way. She speaks and welcomes you when you arrive. She makes sure you are comfortable. And I like her personality.

My first experience with her and it was great! She was very attentive to my needs and made sure I was comfortable. She was gentle and my hair came out amazing! I love my hair and I have gotten so many compliments in just one day! She was very patient and listened to me unlike other places I’ve been where they do what they want to your hair instead of listening to the client. She was very pleasant with great work to go along with good customer service! I will definitely be returning and recommending her to my friends and family!
