Other employees are super nice and friendly but every time i get the cashier marina she seems bothered that i use coupons. Tells me to hand every coupon at once cause she not scanning again. Isn’t that her job tho? Only time she was friendly when someone was up there with her at the register that wasn’t a cashierud83eudd14

Shannon is great. He's always been there for me, and I've been using this pharmacy for years. HOWEVER, a new female pharmacist is there, and she has been extremely rude to me. I don't know her name because I haven't been in the store where I can see her name tag. If she's rude to you, too, please get her name and report her to the store's manager. Hopefully she will get her act together or get placed in a pharmacy that isn't public-facing, as I've never seen such poor social conduct in this store. She's dragging them down like dead weight.

I came in about a week and a half ago and was helped by a young lady named Whitney. She went above and beyond to help me find what I needed. Even though they didn’t have it in store she still took the time to find it nearby for me. You don’t find customer service like that everyday it was greatly appreciated. Now the new store manager Allegra is very rude and she doesn’t know how to talk to people and has an very nasty attitude. It’s very unprofessional And unacceptable when I have clients and friends who’d rather travel to another store to avoid her! Fix the problem!

My dad had the worst customer service experience ever today. Generally, they are slow with filling our prescriptions but today after having an emergency dental procedure and having antibiotics filled, the pharmacy technician questioned him on filling the pain medication to go with it. She was very rude and condescending, almost treating him like he was an addict. He then went across the street to Walgreens and had his Rx done and ready to go in less than 10 minutes without any difficulties.

Every single time it takes forever to fill a prescription even when it's called in promptly. Not to mention, they will tell you your prescription can be ready in 15 minutes if you come inside and wait. Really? Want me to bring my sick toddler and wait for a prescription inside? And if I can't do that, it'll be an hour? This can't be real. Also, when you call, you should plan to wait five minutes or more to speak to a representative. I've never seen the pharmacy busy either. If we could use someone other than CVS, I would, unfortunately we are stuck due to insurance.
