I own a multi million dollar retail corporation, I know that if one of my customers showed up early to purchase items I would open the door gladly. The unprofessional, and chaotic environment this company spews, is the exact reason I switched all my accounts to another bank.
When I say it's the worst bank ever that's an understatement the Teller they had on Saturday needs to be gone immediately also they lost my POA paperwork please explain to me how does a bank lose paperwork that important if they think for a minute I'm letting this go unattended they are wrong
I had a horrible experience at your Branch in Mocksville, NC with a rather large sloppy man behind the counter. He was very rude and I would like to speak to someone about this ASAP
