Never again! Our realtor, ExitReality, used them to close on our house August 2020. Closing was pushed backed more than once, our realtor said she could never get ahold of her (Karen). Often had to leave messages and send emails to get a response. When we finally did close we had to have the deed recorded at the courthouse in order to have our water turned on. We closed at 1030 that morning, was told it “wouldn’t take long” for the recording process. At 3:30 we still didn’t have what we needed so I called and got a very unprofessional and hasty reply from Karen, “if people would quit calling I’d have time to get your papers done”. Those papers finally got recorded at 4:21 pm, papers in hand after 5pm. We had no water the first night in our house and no where to go. And since we closed late we were out of our temporary apartment the same day we closed. I would NOT recommend Karen.

Quick and fast! We got our paperwork, went to the car, signed all highlighted areas, and returned it to the office and we were gone! Thanks Covid-19

Very unorganized, had to change my closing date due to their incompetence. They screwed up the paperwork 3 separate times. Sent me the wrong paperwork in the mail. Filed the wrong amount with county tax office. Overnighted my settlement with wrong address costing me more money. Actually signed documents verifying that all information was correct, when there were 3 huge errors on it. Did not offer to compensate me for my losses or time. I would never recommend this place.
