UPDATE: Today I'm walking taller, more confident and the future indeed looks BRIGHTER. Why? You ask. Because of this phenomenal organization! My experience from the beginning has been incredible (Scroll below for initial post). As with everything in life, you go through stages. Then one day you find yourself broken, desperate and afraid. Fear kept me from doing this sooner when I had the opportunity to manage it properly, but got poor counsel and should've just gone with my intuition and spoke to a professional so I could make an informed decision. However, timing is everything and ,my time is NOW. The journey is continuous, financial freedom and creating healthy habits of wealth (to me it means not struggling EVER again) and teaching my children these traits. Chloe Everett was sensational. My discussions with her about the process was thorough, compassionate and efficient (because I had questions) and when she didn't have the answer she was quick to find it for me through the attorneys that are in the office, working on behalf of their clients. I had a particular question about my pension and she immediately sought out an attorney (not assigned to my case) who literally stopped what he was doing to address my concerns. These are the people you want in your corner when you're going through a financial crisis.nnINITIAL: I'm trying to keep the tears from blinding me as I type this. Fiscal responsibility begins with a brave conversation. The moment I walked into the office I was greeted with compassion and kindness, but when I was ushered in Anita's office I was overcome with peace. Her easy-to-understand delivery in the process of student loan forgiveness and alternative options were professional, and yet I felt as if I was talking to a friend I had known for many years. I cried as I shared how I felt crippled by the uncertainty of my financial future as a single parent who relocated from the West Coast, and she comforted me in true southern style. I truly recommend their services to everyone, whatever stage you're in!

Kelli Stanley is amazing 5 ⭐ufe0f⭐ufe0f⭐ufe0f⭐ufe0f⭐ufe0f. She made this whole process smooth and easy. If at anytime I didn’t understand something or had a question she would take the time to explain it to me so I understood the whole process. Joshua Gudmens was also awesome to work with and gave great advice through the process as well. Both individuals took the time and acted like you as the client mattered and had say in what happened. When I called for my consult no one made me feel pressured to commit and were very helpful explaining all my options. Overall I had a great experience and the staff was professional and helpful the whole time. I highly recommend them and encourage those on the edge financially... all it takes is a call and talk to someone to find out your Options and at no time is their a commitment.

I am so thankful for Anita and Christina at John Orcutt's office! I went into this process very defeated and at my wits end. Anita helped walk me through my options and Christina made the filing process so easy! These two ladies were so empathetic and kind. They made me feel like a good person who has been hit with a bad situation. The process was very easy and did not overwhelm me!

I’ve been dealing with Christina crews for the past two months now and it has been a nightmare. No one in the office can give me a clear answer. It all truly feels like one big scam. I’ve ask to speak to someone else and I still have no answer.i am about to fire them all together.nnAnswering to the bottom comment I went and worked with your new person and I was told a certain number of monthly payment when I started and now i am told I will have to pay more. Everything initially discussed was not honored at all.
