0 stars!! Very Unprofessional. Bought a Groupon, booked the appointment (and received confirmation email), showed up to my appointment and Fatia said she no longer uses that appointment booker....yet it was on her business website. So she rescheduled me for the next day, at 9am, on a Sunday. At 8am before my appt, Fatia texted me and canceled!! She said she and Groupon have a misunderstanding about money (she wanted more money than what the Groupon deal was for). She then told me I could get my refund from Groupon and find & book another Groupon for my service (on a Sunday, the day before my vacation). So now I'm leaving for vacation without getting my lashes done because Fatia decided not to honor the Groupon SHE signed up for!! Super professional. As a small business owner, I would have honored the obligation. Terrible business practice to go back on your agreement, make the client deal with figuring out the refund, and then tell them to find another salon. Unless you're willing to gamble with your time & money, go elsewhere.
