Moved from there more than 6 months ago n add paying for 2 memberships.... I continued to try n find a solution to ending the membership but the manager Steve kept giving me the run around and would respond days later if at all. Then corporate wouldn't do anything but make me pay full price of the remainder of the bill.... After I haven't even used anytime fitness for 8 months.... Complete foolery
Always clean never crowded super nice staff. A+
Everytime I have tried to come to this place it's never opened up even pressing the button doesn't work we will be finding a new place to go because this place is not open 24/7 like the sign says myself and 5 others were here very unprofessional if your supposed to be open 24/7 then it should be 24/7
I was a member for over 2 years and recommended many people to join the gym from my work.nnIn March before closure for the pandemic I tried to cancel my membership, in anticipation for moving away back to the UK. I was told by the gym that I couldn't cancel but my membership would be frozen.nnOn my last day in the country I went in to try and cancel again and spoke to Steve the GM. He said he would cancel it for me immediately. And I would not be charged any further.nn2 months later I was charged two months of membership fees despite what I was told. I have been emailing Steve the GM weekly about getting my money back and he is ignoring me.nnIt is an incredibly sour note to leave my time in the gym. I always paid my membership fees on time and this is how I'm being treated. Customer service goes out the window as soon as you want to leave this gym.nnGo to a gym with some respect for their clients and customers.
My husband has exhausted his 18 month membership and has been trying to cut ties for over 2 months now to no avail. They are still withdrawing payments from our account while sending emails saying they need additional things done to cancel. They are really stretching this thing out and stealing our money in the process! Do not fall in this trap.. stay clear of this money hungry company. The Better Business Bureau will be contacted.
