This store used to have great service but the past several times I’ve been, they have had very poor service. I had a prescription that was supposed to be name brand and they prepared only generic even though the prescriber wrote it out very clearly. I went back a couple of times and it still wasn’t ready. I went today to pick up a prescription that was called in 10 days ago. The girl at the window said, “Oh, our bad. It’s not ready yet.” A week and a half and it’s still not ready and she says, “Our bad?” Poor customer service.

Pharmacy dosent answer the phones! I ordered my prescription a day before and when I get there I had to wait almost 1& 1/2 hrs for them to refill the damn thing! Something needs to be improved because they're messing with people's lives especially the ones with heart conditions or worse!

Horrible horrible horrible horrible. I appreciate cvs for doing covid testing. But I took time from work to make an appointment just to be told we dont have bottles to do any test. Then I was given a number to call that's disconnected. So I turned around and told them they gave me a bad number.. Then told again reschedule test but I made clear i have a job and family to support so if i take time off work to come up here will you have bottles or be doing them. Then after 15 minutes I get told for your safety we are not going to use the bottles we have if that's the case why are you letting people schedule appointments in the first place??? If you schedule and appointment for covid because you think you've been exposed or your feeling badly do not go to cvs or atleast this one go to a real doctors office or clinic this place is a joke filled with people that look like they're just ready to go home and not be bothered!!!!

I love this store and its staff. They are very courteous and offer good customer service, as well as finding me prescription savings. They didn’t get a five because their auto calling is awful and slow in getting you through to a pharmacy team member.
