My biggest issue is the fact that employees here don't wear masks and definitely don't enforce their customers to follow the mandate either. If you want to catch Covid19 and put your logged ones are risk, by all means, go here. You'll definitely be waiting a while too, so plenty of time inside to catch it.

Rude....slow...just bad .....can we get a WaWa

Coffee is always cold, barely any cigarettes or cigarillos in stock. And the management refuses to order any. Plus an employee named alicia made racial slurs towards the person who was with me when I visited store. Will no longer shop here until this place has better management and employees. Edit... plus once they saw the original post they banned me from the store just for expressing my review on here. Seems to me you need to shut down that store and replace the whole lot of employees.

Very rude and unhelpful employee (who was also the only employee working in the store at the time, which was ~7:00pm) who clearly did NOT want to be there and who also purposefully (she herself said this) moved as slowly as possible when there was over TEN people in line, and while standing in line she made several announcements to us customers in line, such as how she just got back from vacation and clocked in ten minutes ago so she’s “not in work mode yet and probably won’t be for at least a week because she’s too used to being on vacation and her mind is still at the beach even though her body is back at work, so she’s gonna be moving a bit slow today” and then after taking literally over six minutes on just ONE customer, another customer in line behind him got annoyed at the extremely slow moving line, so he sets his items down and walked out the store, at which point this lady rudely and sarcastically said “oh, well GOODBYE there, mister! Have a SUPER day, buddy! *rolls eyes*” and then she made another announcement to the entire store that “anyone ELSE care to walk out the store now? Go right on ahead, I do NOT care, if doesn’t make a difference to me at all cause I’m still getting paid regardless, boo!” And that was just so unprofessional of her to say all that, even worse was just the way she said it all. Then she randomly made yet another unwarranted announcement to the whole store, this time saying “I just got here a few minutes ago and when I did, it said I had $168.34 in my register drawer and let me just tell y’all, that is NOT correct; that is NOT what’s in this drawer right now. AND I just got back from vacation and REALLY do NOT wanna be here right now dealing with all this mess, especially with all these people in line, so I’m just gonna keep going at my OWN comfortable pace and move a lot slower than usually, so that’s why it’s taking This long, y’all, cause I should still be on my damn vacation and NOT here in this crazy store by myself like this. So I have to go slow like this, y’all, cause I’m just not used to being at work yet. And then I got rude people just walking out the store like this and seeing everyone else getting angry and rolling dey eyes cause the lines going too slow for them, but it’s gone keep moving slow cause I’m moving slow on purpose! *laughs to herself*” and out of all her many bizarre announcements to the whole store, this one was by far the worst, most unprofessional, rude, unwelcoming one of all. It honestly made me and everyone else in the store feel extremely unwelcome and uncomfortable for choosing this particular gas station to spend our money at. And then once I finally made it up to the counter, the man in front of me selected a rating on the screen by the register where you can choose a rating for your overall experience at Circle K today, ranging from 1-5, with one being poor and 5 being excellent. And despite everything, this man STILL gave this woman a 5, but she didn’t know what he gave her and assumed it was a poor rating because she herself KNEW how poorly she had been to everyone. So after he gave her a rating and before she began to ring my items up, she literally grabbed that screen that you could rate them on (which also is the screen that shows the customer their items being rang up and how much each item costs and your total after tax) and completely turned it around Facing her so that nobody could give her a poor rating anymore. And while doing so, she said “ha! Let’s see anyone try to give me a poor rating now!” And since she took the screen away from customers, I now did not know how much my total was after all my items were rang up. Because she also didn’t speak a single word to me and once my items were rang up; she just looked at me, waiting for me to give her money, I suppose. But I didn’t even know how much to give her since she turned the screen around to her so that no one could give her the rating she earned and rightfully deserved. She was the worst, most unprofessional employee I’ve ever encountered and has NO business working with the public!!!!
