First, the person that took my order was rude and was trying to rush us along, and only to wait 20 min for chicken nuggets. Can't speculate on cleanliness, as I did not go in. However, I will say covid rules were only adhered to by some! It's no wonder this epidemic has spread so drastically in this area.

In spite of having to wait ten minutes pass the initial pickup time for my customer order, all the workers gave me updates on my customer's order regularly. I was greeted within a minute of entering the store. All the staff was friendly. One of the best McDonalds I've gone too. Some of the other places are rude, take forever to even acknowledge me, and purposefully complete customer orders that came after me before my Dash customer so getting this 180 nice response from this particular McDonalds was truly nice to get.

I come by here on a weekly basis on my drive to work. In the morning it can be busy, but slows down around 7:40am. I always get a mcgriddle and a latte and they taste the same every time. One time they forgot I was waiting in the reserved spot for my coffee and they apologized and refunded me. I still didn't get my coffee after waiting and being late to work, but they tried to make it right and were nice to me so I appreciate that.
