this was our first time here and it was amazing. best customer service in the city. shout out to Nicki, Issala, and Ernie..... they were all so friendly and welcoming. we had a drink we weren't so keen on and they took it back like it was nothing!! this place gets 5 stars in my book. everything we had was tasty, even the salad. we will definitely be back!!
Solid food. Friendly staff. 1 star short because I am comparing it to the nicest restaurants I've been to (Ruth's Chris/21 Main). The atmosphere is a bit off and the menu is small. But overall the Filet was amazing.
It was our first time visiting Caruso Confections. Great atmospher, amazing food and such amazing staff! Ernie came welcomed our family and treated us just like his family. The whole staff was friendly. We will definitely be coming back!
The lady behind the bar was the only up side. She was busy but still gave great service. I ordered tiramisu, which should be virtually impossible to receive dried out, because there’s espresso poured over it, right? I guess they missed the memo because what I got was two pieces of dried out white cake stuck together with some stale whipped icing sprinkles with cocoa powder.... no coffee anywhere on the cake.
Super cute atmosphere, phenomenal desserts! Great place to pick up a sweet treat. High-end artisan desserts - do prepare to spend accordingly $$$, but it's worth it! Their selections for cakes by the slice is always different - mix of basic tried and true combos interspersed with whatever peaked the baker's fancy. All-time favorite was a mango and coconut layered tort...mmmmm.....
